What to expect on your pickup
STEP 01
Tell us what you’re donating
You complete a simple online form listing your items — couches, beds, tables, boxes, clothing, office furniture, etc. This helps us prepare the right crew and estimate timing.
STEP 02
Choose your date & time window
You select a date and arrival window that works for your schedule. In many areas, we offer next-day pickups, evenings, and weekends.
STEP 03
Meet the crew
Our uniformed, insured team arrives, walks the space with you, confirms what’s going, and plans the best route out of your home or building.
STEP 04
We remove, load, and sort
We handle all lifting, disassembly (if needed), stair navigation, and loading. Items are sorted for donation, recycling, or disposal as a last resort.
STEP 05
Delivery & donation receipt
We deliver your items to local nonprofit partners. After the delivery process is complete, you receive digital documentation for your donation.
